Yeosu Renery
Chevron has recently completed major expansions and upgrades at its
largest reneries to enable them to create high-value products from the
full slate of crude oils — from light, sweet crudes to the more plentiful
heavy, high-sulfur crudes. In 2008, our afliate renery in Yeosu, South
Korea, completed a major upgrade and now has launched another
project to increase the production of high-quality transportation fuels
and improve feedstock exibility. Overall, we are making signicant
investments in our global rening system to improve exibility, reliability,
energy efciency and product yields.
