or any other place to which the Issuer may have transferred its principal office.
Any and all notices to be given to the Depositary shall be deemed to have been duly given if in English and personally delivered or sent
by mail or cable, telex or facsimile transmission confirmed by letter, addressed to The Bank of New York, 101 Barclay Street, New York, New
York 10286, Attention: American Depositary Receipt Administration, or any other place to which the Depositary may have transferred its
Corporate Trust Office.
Any and all notices to be given to any Owner shall be deemed to have been duly given if personally delivered or sent by mail or cable,
telex or facsimile transmission confirmed by letter, addressed to such Owner at the address of such Owner as it appears on the transfer books
for Receipts of the Depositary, or, if such Owner shall have filed with the Depositary a written request that notices intended for such Owner be
mailed to some other address, at the address designated in such request.
Delivery of a notice sent by mail or cable, telex or facsimile transmission shall be deemed to be effected at the time when a duly
addressed letter containing the same (or a confirmation thereof in the case of a cable, telex or facsimile transmission) is deposited, postage
prepaid, in a post-office letter box. The Depositary or the Issuer may, however, act upon any cable, telex or facsimile transmission received by
it, notwithstanding that such cable, telex or facsimile transmission shall not subsequently be confirmed by letter as aforesaid.
SECTION 7.6. Governing Law.
This Deposit Agreement and the Receipts shall be interpreted and all rights hereunder and thereunder and provisions hereof and thereo
f
shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. It is understood that, notwithstanding any present or future provision of the laws of the
State of New York, the rights of holders of Shares and other Deposited Securities and the obligations and duties of the Issuer in respect of such
holders, as such, shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales (or, if applicable, such other law as may govern Deposited Securities).
