17 Notices
17.1 Any notices

iven by letter or fax. Notice to either the Parent or the Company must
be addressed to its respective re

istered office at the time the notice is

iven. Notice to the Executive must be
g
iven to
him personally or sent to his last known address.
17.2 Except for notices

iven by post will be deemed to have been
g
iven on the next workin

day after
the day of posting and notices given by fax will be deemed to have been given in the ordinary course of transmission.
