Tom King, Executive Director

Tom King was appointed to the Board as Executive
Director in August 2007 with responsibility for
Electricity Distribution & Generation operations.
Tom was President of PG&E Corporation and
Chairman and CEO of Pacific Gas and Electric

executive Director of SAAB AB and a member of
the Financial Reporting Review Panel. George is
also a former Non-executive Director of Orange plc.
