as such in the relevant Final Terms or, if none is so specified, (a) the first day of such Interest Accrual Period if the
Specified Currency is Sterlin

or (b) the day fallin

two Business Days in London prior to the first day of such Interest
Accrual Period if the Specified Currency is neither Sterlin
g
nor Euro or (c) the day fallin
g
two TARGET Business Days
prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period if the Specified Currency is Euro.
“Interest Payment Date” means the date or dates specified as such in, or determined in accordance with the provisions
of, the relevant Final Terms and, if a Business Day Convention is specified in the relevant Final Terms, as the same may
be adjusted in accordance with the relevant Business Day Convention.
“Interest Period” means the period be

Accrual Period and which, in the case of Fixed Rate Instruments, and unless otherwise specified in the relevant
Final Terms, shall mean the Fixed Coupon Amount or Broken Amount specified in the relevant Final Terms as
