nated by the Issuer for the purpose and notice of whose desi

nation is

iven to Instrumentholders in
accordance with Condition 14 on payment by the claimant of the fees and costs incurred in connection with that replacement
and on such terms as to evidence, security and indemnity (which may provide, inter alia, that if the alle
g
edly lost, stolen or
destroyed Instrument, Receipt, Coupon or Talon is subsequently presented for payment or, as the case may be, for exchan
g
e
for further Coupons, there shall be paid to the Issuer on demand the amount payable by the Issuer in respect of such
Instruments, Receipts, Coupons or further Coupons) and otherwise as the Issuer may require. Mutilated or defaced

13 Further Issues
The Issuer may from time to time without the consent of the Instrumentholders or Couponholders create and issue further
instruments havin

the same terms and conditions as the Instruments and so that such further issue shall be consolidated and
form a sin

le series with such Instruments.
References in these Conditions to the Instruments include (unless the context requires otherwise) any other instruments
issued pursuant to this Condition and formin
g
a sin
g
le series with the Instruments. Any such further instruments formin
g
a
sin
g
le series with Instruments constituted by the Trust Deed or any deed supplemental to it shall, and any other instruments
ma
y

with the consent of the Trustee

the Trust Deed.
The Trust Deed contains provisions for convenin

of the Instrumentholders and the holders of instruments of
other series if the Trustee so decides.
14 Notices
All notices to the Instrumentholders will be valid if published in a daily En

lish lan

ua

e newspaper of
g
eneral circulation in the
United Kingdom (which is expected to be the Financial Times). If in the opinion of the Trustee any such publication is not
practicable, notice shall be validly
g
iven if published in another leadin
g
daily En
g
lish lan
g
ua
g
e newspaper with
g
eneral
circulation in Europe. Any such notice shall be deemed to have been
g
iven on the date of such publication or, if published
more than once or on different dates, on the first date on which publication is made, as provided above.
Couponholders shall be deemed for all purposes to have notice of the contents of any notice

iven to the holders of
Instruments in accordance with this Condition.
15 Indemnification of Trustee
The Trust Deed contains provisions for the indemnification of the Trustee and for its relief from responsibility, includin

limited to provisions relievin

it from any obli

ation to (a) appoint an independent financial adviser and (b) take proceedin
g
s to
enforce repayment unless indemnified to its satisfaction. The Trustee is entitled to enter into business transactions with the
Issuer or any of its subsidiary undertakin

s, joint ventures or associated undertakin
g
s without accountin
g
for any profit resulting from these transactions and to act as trustee for the holders of
