We lease the DCs located in Oklahoma, Mississippi and Missouri and own the other six
DCs. Approximately 7.25 acres of the land on which our Kentucky DC is located is subject to a
ground lease. We lease additional temporary warehouse space as necessary to support our
distribution needs.
Our executive offices are located in approximately 302,000 square feet of leased space in
Goodlettsville, Tennessee.
