executive of First Chicago Corporation from 1981 to 1995, serving as that company's President and Chief Operating
Officer from 1993 to 1995. Age 61.

1998 to May 2001. Mr. Reid was an executive of Lufthansa German Airlines from 1991 to June 1998, serving as

Robert L. Colman Executive Vice President — Human Resources, October 1998 to date. Mr. Colman was an executive of General
Electric Corporation from October 1993 to October 1998, serving as Vice President — Human Resources for General
Electric Aircraft Engines Business. Age 58.
