Amount of royalties invoiced over the year: €1,440 thousand.
Acquisition of Gameloft India assets:
On April 15, 2008, Ubisoft Entertainment India Private Ltd signed an agreement with Gameloft to acquire its development studio
based in Pune, India, for €1.2 million.
There are no other signicant transactions with related parties.
Ubisoft Entertainment SA has acquired no treasury stock from related parties.
