1.3.2.2.8 Employee shareholding under the FCPE (company mutual fund)
As of March 31, 2009, employees held 770,610 shares, or 0.821% of the share capital, via the “FCPE Ubi actions”.
The extraordinary part of the combined ordinary and extraordinary general meeting of September 22, 2008 renewed the authorisation
previously granted to the Board of Directors by the combined ordinary and extraordinary general meeting of September 25, giving
the Board entire discretion to perform a capital increase reserved for subscribers to a savings plan of the Group, an associated
company and/or companies within the meaning of Article L 225-180 of the French Commercial Code, within the limit of 0.2% of the
total amount of shares comprising the share capital at the time of its use by the Board of Directors, in particular via a company
mutual fund.
During the nancial year ended March 31, 2009 at its meeting of April 11, 2008 the Board of Directors used the valid authorisation
granted to it by the combined ordinary and extraordinary general meeting of September 25, 2006 (see 1.3.2.2.4).
