Our common stock has been traded on The NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol “CARB” since our initial public offering on August 11,
2011. Prior to this time, there was no public market for our common stock. The following table shows the high and low sale prices per share of our
common stock as reported on The NASDAQ Global Market for the periods indicated:
On March 1, 2012, the closing price as reported on The NASDAQ Global Market, of our common stock was $9.52 per share. As of March 1,
2012, we had approximately 101 holders of record of our common stock. This does not include the number of persons whose stock is held in nominee or
“street” name accounts through brokers.
We have never declared or paid, and do not anticipate declaring or paying, any cash dividends on our common stock. Any future determination as
to the declaration and payment of dividends, if any, will be at the discretion of our board of directors and will depend on then existing conditions,
including our financial condition, operating results, contractual restrictions, capital requirements, business prospects and other factors our board of
directors may deem relevant.

Form 10-K.

The following performance graph compares the cumulative total return to holders of our common stock for the period from August 11, 2011, the
date our common stock commenced trading on The NASDAQ Global Market, through December 31, 2011, against the cumulative total return of The
NASDAQ Composite Index and The NASDAQ
-100 Technology Sector Index.
The comparison assumes that $100.00 was invested in our common stock, The NASDAQ Composite Index and The NASDAQ-100 Technology
Sector Index, and assumes reinvestment of dividends, if any. The graph assumes the initial value of our common stock on August 11, 2011 was the
closing sale price on that day of $12.35 per share and not the initial offering price to the public of $10.00 per share. The performance shown on the
graph below is based on historical results and is not intended to suggest future performance.
