18.5 Return of Confidential Information.
On the Disclosing Party’s written request or upon expiration or termination of this Lease for any reason, the Receiving Party will, promptly after
written request from the Disclosing Party, with respect to either Landlord or Tenant, as the case may be, return or destroy, at the Disclosing Party’s
option, all tangible (the parties acknowledging that information provided in electronic format shall not be considered “tangible” for the purposes of this
Section 18.5) originals and copies of all documents and materials it has received containing the Disclosing Party’s Confidential Information.
