ASA leasesa78,550 square foot aircraft maintenance facility in Macon, Georgia. The Macon
facility also contains a 7,500 squarefoot training and storage facility. The Macon facility is bond-
financed, with thelease expiringin2018.
ASA leases a39,000 square foot aircraft maintenance facility in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. ASA has
theright to occupythe Baton Rougefacility rent-free until 2022.
ASA leases a63,800 square foot parts storage facility locatednear the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta
International Airport.
ASA leases smalleraircraft line maintenance facilities in Atlanta, Georgia; Salt Lake City, Utah;
Columbia, South Carolina; Fort Walton Beach, Florida; Montgomery,Alabama; Cincinnati, Ohio,
Los Angeles, California;andShreveport, Louisiana.
ASA uses 29 gates at the Hartsfield-Jackson AtlantaInternational Airport:13gatesare leased
directly from the airport authority, six gates are subleased from US Air, eight gates are subleased
from Deltaand two gates are used pursuant to amonth-to-month arrangement with theCity of
Atlanta.
ASA leases ticketcounters, check-in and boarding and other facilities in thepassenger terminal
areas in themajority of the airports it serves and staffs those facilities with ASA personnel. Other
airlines, including Delta, provide ticket handling and/orground support servicesfor ASA in 107 of
145 airports ASAserves.
Our management deems SkyWest Airlines’ and ASA’s current facilities as being suitable and
necessary to support existing operations andbelieves these facilities will be adequate for the foreseeable
future.
ITEM 3. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
We are subject to certain legal actions which we considerroutine to our business activities. As of
December31,2006, our management believed, after consultation with legalcounsel, that the ultimate
outcome of such legalmatters is not likely to have amaterial adverse effectonour financial position,
liquidity or results of operations.
ITEM 4. SUBMISSION OF MATTERS TO A VOTE OF SECURITY HOLDERS
No matters were submitted to a vote of security holders during the fourth quarter of theyear ended
December 31,2006.
