TheAirlines Services Agreement expires on June 30,2012 and automatically extends for successive
twoyear renewalperiodsunlesseither partygives written noticeto theother partyat least one yearprior
to the expiration of the in any renewalperiod thatsuch partyintends not to renewthe agreement. The
Airline Services Agreement is subject to early termination in various circumstances including:
if theother partyfilesfor bankruptcy, reorganization or similar action (subject to limitations
imposedby theU. S. Bankruptcy Code)or if either party makes an assignment for thebenefit of
creditors.
if SkyWest Airlines or Midwest commits a material breach of the Airline Services Agreement,
subject to 30 days notice and cure rights;
if SkyWest Airlines’ operations fall below certain performance levels, subjecttoacure period; or
if SkyWest Airlines fails to conduct all flight operations and maintain all aircraft under the Airline
ServicesAgreement in compliance in all material respects with applicablegovernment regulations.
Markets andRoutes
As of December31,2006, SkyWest Airlines scheduled thefollowing dailyflights as a United Express
carrier: 304 flights to or from Chicago O’Hare International Airport, 300 flights to or fromDenver
International Airport, 290 flights to or from Los Angeles International Airport, 228flights to or from
San FranciscoInternationalAirport and 88 flights to or from other outlyingairports.
As of December31, 2006, SkyWest Airlines and ASA scheduled thefollowing daily flights as Delta
Connection carriers: 674 flights to or from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, 478 flights to
or from SaltLake City International Airport, 46 flightsto or from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky
InternationalAirport and eight flights to or from other outlying airports.
Our flight schedules are structured to facilitate the connection of ourpassengers with flights of our
major partners at the airports we serve. The following chart shows selected information about thecities
and routes served by SkyWest Airlines and ASA as of December 31,2006.
