27. Provisions (Cont’d)
The Group provides installation services and warranties of one
to three years to its customers on washing machines and water
heaters, under which faulty products are repaired or replaced. The
amount of the provision for the warranties is estimated based on
sales volumes and past experience of the level of installation services
rendered, repairs and returns. The estimation basis is reviewed on
an ongoing basis and revised where appropriate.
28. Deferred Tax
The movements in deferred tax assets (mainly relating to accruals
and provisions) and deferred tax liabilities (mainly relating to
withholding taxes) during the year are as follows:

27. 撥備
（續）
本集團向客戶提供安裝服務及為期一至三年之
洗衣機及熱水器保養，有問題之產品可獲維修
或更換。保養撥備金額按銷量及以往所提供安
裝服務、維修及退貨紀錄估計。估計基準持續
檢討，並於適當時作出修訂。
28. 遞延稅項
年內，遞延稅項資產（主要與應計費用及撥備相
關）及遞延稅項負債（主要與預扣稅相關）變動如
