本公司
All interest-bearing borrowings are unsecured. The other loans
represented loans borrowed from Haier Finance, which are
guaranteed by Haier Corp, bear interest at rates ranging from
5.4%to 7.56% per annum and are repayable within one year,
except for borrowings of HK$134,252,000 (2007: HK$152,941,000)
which are repayable beyond one year. Further details of the interest
expenses attributable to the loans borrowed from Haier Finance
are set out in note 14 to the financial statements.
所有計息借貸均為無抵押。其他貸款指向海爾
財務借入並由海爾集團公司擔保之貸款，按年
利率介乎5.4至7.56厘計息及須於一年內償還，
惟須於一年後償還之借貸134,252,000港元（二
零零七年︰ 152,941,000港元）除外。向海爾財
務借入貸款之利息支出之其他詳情載於財務報
表附註14。
