(xii) Consignment sale commission income in 2007 was
determined at 2% of the turnover of the sales of the
outstanding inventories of washing machines and water
heaters owned by subsidiaries of Haier Investment at 31
December 2006.
(xiii) The sale of gift products were made at selling prices not
higher than those sold by Haier Affiliates to independent
third parties.
(b) As at the balance sheet date, Haier Corp provided corporate
guarantees up to RMB143,000,000 (2007: RMB201,000,000)
(equivalent to HK$162,419,000 (2007: HK$214,973,000)) to
Haier Group Finance Co., Ltd. (“Haier Finance”), a subsidiary
of Haier Corp and a financial institute approved by the People’s
Bank of China, for loan facilities granted to certain subsidiaries
of the Group.

獨立第三方進行出售之售價進行。
(b) 於結算日，海爾集團公司向其附屬公司
海爾集團財務有限責任公司（「海爾財
務」，一間中國人民銀行認可之財務機
構）提供最多人民幣143,000,000元（二
零零七年：人民幣201,000,000元）（相
等於約162,419,000港元（二零零七年：
214,973,000港元））之公司擔保，作為本
集團若干附屬公司獲授貸款融資之擔保。
(c) 本集團主要管理人員之薪酬：
董事酬金之其他詳情載於財務報表附註8。
除上文(c)項目外，上述關連人士交易亦構成上
市規則第14A章所界定之持續關連交易或關連
交易。
