International revenues are generated by the Company's operations in Europe. International revenues totaled $180.0 million, $171.2 million
and $66.6 million for the years ended December 31, 2010, 2009 and 2008, respectively.
Geographic information for long-lived assets, which consist of property and equipment and other assets, was as follows (in thousands):
Segment assets are not reported to, or used by, the Company's chief operating decision maker to allocate resources to, or assess performance
of, the segments and therefore, pursuant to ASC 280, Segment Reporting , total segment assets have not been disclosed.
