3.3.12.5 CHANGE OF CONTROL
To the best of the Company’s knowledge:
- there are no agreements between shareholders that could lead to restrictions on the transfer of
shares or the exercise of voting rights,
- there are certain agreements made by the Company that would be amended or terminated in the
event of a change in control at the Company, but for reasons of confidentiality it seems unwise to
specify the nature of these contracts,
- there are no measures that could delay, postpone or prevent a change of control.
3.3.12.6 SHAREHOLDERS’ PACT
To the best of the Company’s knowledge there are no disclosed or undisclosed shareholder
agreements concerning Ubisoft shares.
