1 Save As You Earn is an all employee share scheme. Options are not subject to performance conditions. All options are exercisable from 1 February in the year which is six years from the year of grant.
All options expire six months from their exercise date (i.e. on 1 August of the relevant year). All directors exercised options on 1 February 2008 when the market price was 416.75p. No options lapsed
in the year.
