The A nnual General Meeting of Marks and Spencer p.l.c. will be held on Thursday 16 July 1998 at the Grosvenor House
Hotel, Park Lane, London W1 at 11.00 am. Shareholders should enter by The Great Room entrance on Park Lane.
Special facilities for disabled people have been arranged. Shareholders who need assistance should contact a member of
Marks & Spencer staff on arrival. To help those who are hard of hearing to participate in the Annual General Meeting there
is
an induction loop system at the Grosvenor House Hotel and a sign-language interpreter will be present at the meeting.
The paper in this document contains a minimum of 50% recycled fibre and no environmentally harmful chemical
was used in the manufacturing process.
