進度超前或落後情形、原因及改進計畫：
本案資金計劃執行進度超前係因實際資金募集較原預估時間提前於92年1月
底完成,故募集資金之運用計劃提前於92年第一季開始執行。
2.效益評估
此次發行海外無擔保可轉換公司債募集之資金，累計至 92 年第一季止已執
行金額計 NTD485,689 仟元(即USD14,013.75 仟元)，以目前本公司中長期平均借
款利率 2.85%估算，該部份己執行資金累計節省年度利息支出約新台幣 13,842 仟
元。
