Transactions with Major Customers
During the years ended December 31, 1998, 1999 and 2000, export sales to two customers together totaled
$210 million, $126 million and $187 million, respectively. These export sales accounted for approximately 21%,
8% and 7% of EchoStar’s total revenue during each of the three years ended December 31, 2000, respectively.
Revenues from these customers are included within the EchoStar Technologies Corporation business unit.
