On February 28, 2000, we filed a Current Report on Form 8-K to report a 2-for-1 split of our common stock.
Effective March 22, 2000, stockholders of record at the close of business on March 10, 2000 received one additional
share of common stock for each share they owned on the record date.
On September 12, 2000, we filed a Current Report on Form 8-K to report that our wholly-owned subsidiary,
EchoStar Broadband Corporation, offered $600 million aggregate principal amount of Senior Notes due 2007 in
accordance with Securities and Exchange Commission Rule 144A.
On September 25, 2000, we filed a Current Report on Form 8-K to report that our wholly-owned subsidiary,
EchoStar Broadband Corporation, increased its previously announced offering of Senior noted due 2007 from $600
million to $1 billion, and that the offering closed September 25, 2000.
