decliningcorporateconfidencein,theglobaleconomyorthecurtailmentingovernmentorcorporatespendingcouldcausecurrentorpotentialcustomerstoreduce
theirinformationtechnology(IT)budgetsorbeunabletofundhardwaresystems,whichcouldcausecustomerstodelay,decreaseorcancelpurchasesofour
