CompanyaircraftiscalculatedusingtheStandardIndustrialFareLevel(SIFL)tablesfoundinthetaxregulations.
ForD.A.Carp,theamountfor2004includesataxreimbursementof$51,828duetoincomeattributedtohimand$121,875inincrementalcoststotheCompany,both
relatingtohisuseofCompanyaircraft.For2003and2002,theamountsarefortaxreimbursementsrelatingtohisuseofCompanyaircraft.TheCompanyrequires
D.A.CarptouseCompanytransportationforsecurityreasons.
ForA.M.Perez,theamountfor2004includesadditionalrelocationexpensesof$19,455andataxreimbursementontheserelocationexpensesof$2,787,and
$37,125relatingtohisuseofCompanyaircraft.For2003,theamountshownincludesataxreimbursementforrelocationexpensespaidundertheCompany’snewhire
relocationprogramandA.M.Perez’sMarch3,2003offerletter.
