During the period from January 1, 2011 to February 28, 2011, the Company granted stock options to purchase 327 shares of common stock with a
weighted average exercise price of $17.79 per share, and issued 87 restricted stock units.
On February 23, 2011, the Company acquired CoveritLive, a company based in Toronto, Canada that provides social media services by powering live
events with social engagement tools. The impact of this acquisition on the Company's revenues and earnings for 2011 is not anticipated to be significant.
