Wholesale and retail balances in forbearance are reported as a CRL as long as they meet the normal CRL criteria (see identifying potential credit
risk loans on page 395). In addition, for card portfolios, all forbearance balances less than 90 days in arrears where revised payments are less than
50% of contractual monthly payments are also included in CRLs.
