DELIVERING THE AFLAC PROMISE
TO OUR POLICYHOLDERS
Michele Gales, a policyholder from Fort Worth,
Texas, understands firsthand how Aflac can help
policyholders in their time of need. Michele, left, has
been a policyholder since 2007 and became a claimant
when her daughter, Jatoria, tore her ACL and meniscus
during a basketball tournament. When Michele was
faced with out-of-pocket expenses related to time
spent away from work and physical therapy costs
associated with her daughter’s recovery, Aflac was
there to help. Michele says, “I recommend Aflac to
everyone I come in contact with, especially if they have
kids and they play sports. I don’t know what I would do
if I didn’t have the help of Aflac. I’m glad that my job
took the time to make Aflac available to us.”
