To foster a culture where
employees enthusiastically
deliver our promise, Japan hosts
dozens of employee clubs that provide
opportunities for employees to establish
camaraderie, promote relaxation, and provide a
venue for learning. Some Aflac Japan employees meet
each month to participate in a tea ceremony, which
is also referred to as chanoyu in Japanese. Pictured
from left to right are Kimiko Tamura (employee),
Souten Mizuno (instructor), and employees Mai
Ito, Motohiro Fujiwara and Ai Yamaki.
