Taxes that do explicitly apply to VoIP and these a

ould seek retroactive payment of Taxes. As such, we have

2,803 as of December 31, 2010 as our best estimat

f the potential tax exposure for any retroactive assessment. We

elieve the maximum estimated ex

osure

ments is approximately $8,000 as of December 31, 2010.
