Forfiscalyear2017,weexpectcapitalexpenditurestobebelowourlong-termtargetedrangeof6%to8%ofrevenue.Werequiresubstantialamountsofcash
tofundscheduledpaymentsofprincipalandinterestonourindebtedness,futurecapitalexpendituresandanyincreasedworkingcapitalrequirements.Wewill
continuetoevaluateandmanagetheretirementandreplacementofexistingdebtandassociatedobligations,includingevaluatingtheissuanceofnewdebt
securities,exchangingexistingdebtsecuritiesforotherdebtsecuritiesandretiringdebtpursuanttoprivatelynegotiatedtransactions,openmarketpurchases,tender
offersorothermeansorotherwise.Inaddition,wemayselectivelypursuestrategicalliances,acquisitionsandinvestments,whichmayrequireadditionalcapital.

AsofJuly1,2016,wehadaliabilityforunrecognizedtaxbenefitsandanaccrualforthepaymentofrelatedinteresttotaling$13million,noneofwhichis
expectedtobesettledwithinoneyear.Outsideofoneyear,weareunabletomakeareasonablyreliableestimateofwhencashsettlementwithataxingauthority
willoccur.
