Globalization has heightened the need for companies

management in procurement processes. Ricoh offers
customers dealing with this issue an e-procurement
system that facilitates purchase management.
Our e-procurement system manages imaging
equipment purchases over a network, making it
possible to optimize procurement costs. The system
can also be preset for individuals placing orders and
those approving them, which ensures blanket control
