components of $159,144. Mr Gregg’s FAR for the year was $1,080,000 (2003: $960,000) less salary sacrificed components of $91,167.
2 Fees are stated after deducting $28,244 in salary sacrifice for Ms Jackson and $83,359 for Mr Codd.
