1.57 "Blocks 33-34" means that certain real property located in the City commonly referred to as Mission Bay South Development Blocks 33 and
34.
1.58 "Blocks 41-43" means that certain real property located in the City commonly referred to as Mission Bay South Development Blocks 41, 42,
and 43, excluding the Gladstone Property.
1.59 "Brokers" means, collectively, Buyer's Broker and Seller's Broker.
1.60 "Buyer Parties" means Buyer and Buyer's Affiliates (and each of their Affiliates), including, but not limited to, SFDC, and Buyer's or such
Affiliates' shareholders, members, constituent partners, directors, officers, and employees.
