1.23 "Blocks 26-27 Owner" means ARE-SF 19 or any permitted successor or assign with respect to any portion of Blocks 26-27.
1.24 "Blocks 26-27 Square Footage" means up to an aggregate of 705,000 square feet of gross (commercial) floor area that may be developed on
Blocks 26-27, subject to the terms and conditions of the Blocks 26-27 Covenant.
1.25 "Blocks 33-34" means that certain real property located in the City commonly referred to as Mission Bay South Development Blocks 33 and
34.
1.26 "Blocks 41-43" means that certain real property located in the City commonly referred to as Mission Bay South Development Blocks 41, 42,
and 43, excluding the Gladstone Property.
1.27 "Blocks 41-43 Covenant" means that certain Declaration of Covenants made by ARE-SF 15 in favor of CLDC and recorded in the Official
Records on September 1, 2004, as Document No. 2004-H802115, as amended by that certain First Amendment To Declaration of Covenants made by ARE-
SF 15, acknowledged by CLDC, and consented to by FOCIL, recorded in the Official Records on November 15, 2005, as Document No. 2005-I072103, as
any of the foregoing may be amended from time to time (including as any of the foregoing may have been amended to conform to the Master Developer
Covenant).
1.28 "Blocks 41-43 Owner" means, collectively, ARE-SF 15, ARE-SF 26, and ARE-SF 36 or any permitted successor or assign with respect to
any portion of Blocks 41-43.
1.29 "Blocks 41-43 Square Footage" means up to an aggregate of 558,000 square feet of gross (commercial) floor area that may be developed on
Blocks 41-43, subject to the terms and conditions of the Blocks 41-43 Covenant.
1.30 "Brokers" means, collectively, Buyer's Broker and Seller's Broker.
1.31 "Buyer Parties" means Buyer and Buyer's Affiliates (and each of their Affiliates), including, but not limited to, SFDC, and Buyer's or such
Affiliates' shareholders, members, constituent partners, directors, officers, and employees.
1.32 "Buyer's Address" means:
