1.126 "Real Property" means the Land, together with all appurtenances thereto and improvements thereon (if any).
1.127 "Redevelopment Agency" means the Redevelopment Agency of the City and County of San Francisco.
1.128 "Release Exception Claims" has the meaning set forth in Paragraph 18.3 below.
1.129 "Risk Management Plan" and "RMP" mean the Risk Management Plan dated May 11, 1999, for the Mission Bay Area, San Francisco,
California, as the same may be amended from time to time (approved on May 12, 1999, by the State of California Regional Water Quality Control Board for
the San Francisco Bay Region).
1.130 "Seek" or "Sought" means seek, apply for, process, obtain, act on, or otherwise pursue.
1.131 "Seller Parties" means Seller and Seller's Affiliates (and each of their Affiliates), including, but not limited to, Alexandria and the other
ARE Owners, and Seller's or such Affiliates' shareholders, members, constituent partners, directors, officers, and employees.
1.132 "Seller Party Owner" means any Seller Party that owns any property in the South Project Area as of the Close of Escrow.
1.133 "Seller Party Property" means any property in the South Project Area that is owned by any Seller Party as of the Close of Escrow.
1.134 "Seller's Address" means:
