Ultimately, it’s our customers who judge whether
or not we are on the right track. Through emails,
calls, letters and personal feedback on the sales
floor, they let us know how we are serving them.
But we know that the best service we can offer is
to sell them something. As our results reflect, our
customers are responding positively. In 2002 our
sales results beat our industry peer group for 10
consecutive months. And eight months out of those
10 we achieved comparable sales increases. While
we still have ground to cover, we are pleased with
the customer feedback, and with the progress
we’ve made over the past two years.
