3/4% Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock.

In 2014 and 2013, the Company paid $10.4 million of dividends on its 6 3/4% Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock. In 2014 and 2013, the Company did
not pay any dividends on its common stock and does not intend to pay any common stock dividends in 2015.

