2007 Jul. Victor Company of Japan, Limited (JVC) and Kenwood Corporation (Kenwood) entered into an agreement on a capital and business
alliance to cooperate in their car electronics and home audio businesses and integrate their management
Aug. JVC increased its capital through a third-party allocation of new shares to Kenwood and multiple investment funds managed by SPARX
International (Hong Kong), Ltd.
