 Significant events after the reporting date and other disclosures
In January , Deutsche Post  Group acquired a minority
interest of .  in French e-commerce logistics specialist Relais
Colis. is acquisition aims to improve the  divisions’ access to
the French e-commerce market. e investment supports the ex-
pansion of the collection point network and special delivery ser-
vices for Relais Colis’ e-commerce customers. Relais Colis will be
accounted for using the equity method in the consolidated nancial
statements.
e remaining shares in the property development companies
King’s Cross Central General Partner Ltd., , and King’s Cross
Central Property Trust, , assigned to the Supply Chain division
were sold at the end of January , resulting in income of  mil-
lion for the Group.
ere were no other signicant events aer the reporting date.
