Cash America’s dedication to personal growth and
potential begins with our more than 6,000 employees. Our

we’ve developed a leading-edge management-training
program that includes in-class instruction, partnerships

appraisal education. Our performance
management tool also allows employees to

Many members of our operations team
also participate in Cash America University,
a weeklong educational and motivational
program we launched in 2004. In fact, more than 750 manager
trainees, assistant managers, shop managers and market
managers have taken part since the program began. By giving
these co-workers a chance to interact with each other and with
field support colleagues, Cash America University keeps the
Company’s focus top-of-mind.
