The Plan issues loans to participants which are secured by the vested balances in the participants’ accounts.
Certain employees and officers of the Company, who may also be participants in the Plan, perform financial reporting and other
services for the Plan, at no cost to the Plan. The Plan Sponsor pays for these services.
