strategy, management successon, gender balance, smplfcaton, empowerment ntatves and n reshapng the portfolo As a
consequence of that revew, Paul Polman was awarded a personal performance multpler of 140% Ths resulted n Paul Polman recevng
a bonus of 185% of hs base salary Ths s calculated as follows
Target bonus: 120% of

enterprse-wde effcences Durng 2015 Jean-Marc successfully completed an mportant stage n the development of Unlevers Fnance
functon and acheved a smooth successon n hs role as FO wth the appontment of and handover to raeme Ptkethly As a
consequence of that revew, Jean-Marc Hut was awarded a personal performance multpler of 100% Ths resulted n Jean-Marc Hut
recevng a bonus of 110% of hs base salary pro rata for the nne-month perod of servce durng 2015 Ths s calculated as follows
Target bonus: 100% of
base salary = £535,500
