of positive 15.0%. In the period between the demerger on 19 November 2001 and 31 March 2010, BT’s TSR was negative 34.2%,
compared with the FTSE 100 TSR of positive 44.6% and the FTSEurofirst 300 Telco Index TSR of negative 5.5%.
