1 The figures in the table above take into account the deconsolidation of the Porsche Zwischenholding GmbH group and of the Volkswagen
group as required for the purpose of group reporting in accordance with IFRSs. In addition to remuneration for service on Porsche SE’s
supervisory board, the figures include remuneration for service on the Porsche Zwischenholding GmbH group’s supervisory board
to 7 December 2009 and on the Volkswagen group’s supervisory board to 3 December 2009.
2 These employee representatives have declared that their supervisory board remuneration is transferred to the Hans-Böckler-Stiftung
foundation in accordance with the regulations of the German Federation of Trade Unions (DGB).
