The executive board and supervisory board of Porsche SE issued the declaration required
by Sec. 161 AktG on 20 November 2009 and made it permanently accessible to the shareholders
of Porsche SE on the homepage www.porsche-se.com. The next declaration of compliance is sche-
duled for 13 October 2010.
