The auditor’s fees for the auditor Ernst & Young GmbH recognized in the fiscal year in accordance
with Sec. 314 (1) No. 9 HGB break down as follows:

In accordance with the disclosure requirements of Sec. 314 (1) No. 9 HGB, other services
include advisory services of €4.1 million rendered to Volkswagen AG and its subsidiaries prior to

initial full consolidation on 5 January 2009: €0.7 million).
