Prior to each sinking fund Redemption Date provided with respect to Securities of any series, the Company shall deposit with
the Trustee cash in a sum equal to all accrued interest, if any, to the date fixed for redemption on Securities to be redeemed on such
sinking fund Redemption Date pursuant to this Section 1108; provided that such cash shall be so deposited with the Trustee in time for
the Trustee to make the payment of such accrued interest in accordance with its normal procedures.
