Our price impact warehouse stores offer a “no frills, low cost” shopping
experience that features everyday low prices for a wide selection of
grocery, health and beauty care items. Quality meat, dairy, baked goods,
and fresh produce items provide a competitive advantage against club
store and supercenter operators. Most of these stores operate under the
“Food 4 Less” banner and average 56,000 square feet in size.
This format provides us with an exciting opportunity to enter new markets
as a price merchant and to deepen our customer reach in markets where
we currently operate. We operate this format in California, Illinois, and
Nevada.
